1. Use of Platform

Pallavin is a professional marketplace for designers and creative professionals. The platform is intended for legitimate professional use only. Users must conduct themselves professionally and use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose: buying, selling, and collaborating on design work and creative projects.

2. Accounts

When creating an account, users must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of their account credentials
• Not share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules
• Update information promptly to keep it current and accurate

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Transactions

Pallavin acts as a facilitator for transactions between buyers and sellers. We provide the platform, payment processing, and dispute resolution services, but we are not a party to the actual agreements between users. Buyers and sellers are responsible for fulfilling their respective obligations in each transaction.

Platform fees apply to all transactions and are clearly disclosed before purchase. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Liability

Pallavin is not responsible for user-uploaded content, including but not limited to the quality, accuracy, legality, or intellectual property status of content listed on the platform. While we take measures to remove infringing or harmful content, users upload content at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights to distribute their work.

We provide the platform "as is" and make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy of listings, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Violations of these Terms of Service
• Violations of our Community Guidelines or other policies
• Fraudulent activity or payment manipulation
• Uploading infringing or illegal content
• Abusive behavior toward other users or support staff

Pallavin reserves the right to terminate accounts at its discretion with or without notice. Suspended users may have earnings withheld pending investigation.
