Creators retain full ownership of all works uploaded to Zanmolo. We respect intellectual property rights and require all users to do the same. All content on the platform must be original work created by the uploader or content for which they have explicit permission to distribute.

2. Prohibited Uploads

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Zanmolo:

• Copyrighted material owned by others without explicit permission
• Trademarked content used without proper authorization
• AI-generated derivatives of copyrighted works
• Assets purchased from third-party marketplaces and resold without rights

3. DMCA / Takedown Process

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, you may submit a takedown request. Please include:

• Proof of ownership (copyright certificate, original files, etc.)
• Direct links to the infringing content on Zanmolo
• Signed statement affirming the accuracy of your claim
• Your contact information for follow-up

We will review all valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action, including content removal and potential account restrictions.

4. Repeat Violations

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content will face escalating consequences, including content removal, account suspension, and permanent bans. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for habitual infringers.
